Delivery Options

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom.

Free Delivery

Orders over £50.00 qualify for free delivery. The free delivery threshold is applied after any discount codes have been deducted.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays due to weather, industrial action, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. If a tracking code has been provided, you can follow your parcel’s progress directly on the Royal Mail website.

Your order tracking page will show:

• The date your order was dispatched
• Your tracking code (if applicable)
• The estimated delivery date
• Current order status

Delivery Address

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order, as we are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.

If nobody is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery.
