Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dial website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
"Dial", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Dial, the operator of this website. "You" and "your" refer to the user or customer.
2. Account Registration
You may create an account using a username and password. Providing your name, email address, and other personal details is optional. You may also place orders as a guest without creating a full account — an anonymous account will be created for you automatically to allow order tracking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
An order is confirmed once we have verified receipt of payment. Until payment is confirmed, no contract of sale exists between you and Dial.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Bitcoin and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before your order will be processed and dispatched.
- Bitcoin — payment should be sent to the wallet address provided at checkout. You must submit proof of payment (transaction ID) through your order tracking page.
- Bank transfer — payment should be made to the bank details provided at checkout using the reference number supplied. You must submit proof of payment through your order tracking page.
All payments are subject to manual verification. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed by our team.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on your order confirmation page. These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delivery times depend on the postal service.
Free delivery may be available on orders over a certain value, as indicated at checkout. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly via your order tracking page.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel via your order tracking page.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase where possible.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
7. Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us via your order tracking page. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may exercise your right to return under section 6.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
8. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the actual product.
If a product you receive is materially different from its description on our website, you are entitled to return it for a full refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dial or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of products from us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
11. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or viruses. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw our website at any time without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
