Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. If you do create an account, only a username is required — your name and email are optional. We respect your privacy.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a unique tracking link. Bookmark this link — you can use it at any time to check your order status, view dispatch details, and see your estimated delivery date. No login required.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, you can return the items under our returns policy.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Bitcoin and bank transfer. Payment instructions are shown on your order confirmation page after checkout.

How does Bitcoin payment work?

After placing your order, you’ll see our Bitcoin wallet address and a QR code. Send the equivalent amount in BTC and submit your transaction ID as proof of payment. We’ll verify the transaction and confirm your order.

How does bank transfer work?

Payment instructions will be displayed on your order confirmation page. Once you’ve made the transfer, we’ll verify receipt and confirm your order.

Are prices in GBP?

Yes, all prices are displayed in British pounds (£). For Bitcoin payments, the equivalent BTC amount is calculated at the current exchange rate.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout. Royal Mail First Class is typically 2–3 working days, Tracked 24 is next working day, and Signed For is 2–3 working days. See our delivery page for full details.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Orders over £50.00 qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

What information do you store?

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us and we’ll remove your account and all associated personal data. Your order history will be anonymised for our records.
