Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us via our contact page with your order number. You do not need to provide a reason.

Returning Items

Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Items must be:

• In their original condition, unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by your order number

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We will refund the full price of the goods, including the original delivery cost (if applicable). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest available option, we will only refund the cost of the cheapest option.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are:

• Faulty or damaged on arrival
• Not as described on our website
• Not of satisfactory quality

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a return at our expense.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where the seal cannot be reapplied for hygiene or health protection reasons

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
